Good leaders and managers enable their team to work at their best, but learning how to successfully do this can be challenging without the right guidance and support. This is why we’re offering the Good Leadership Scholarship valued at $2,000 to one senior leader, to enable them to attend The Icehouse's Leadership Development Programme in 2019. About the Leadership Development Programme

The Leadership Development Programme is designed for managers in kiwi-owned businesses who want to refine their leadership skills and contribute more to the growth and direction of the organisation. 

Take seven days away from the business over three months and immerse yourself in this practical learning environment. You will develop yourself, refine your skills as a leader, and focus on what drives success in your role, your team and the business.

What you'll get:

• Techniques to improve leadership, communication and management skills
• A better understanding of the challenges of an owner manager, and how to think strategically to contribute to growing a business
• A better fundamental understanding of systems, marketing, finance and operations
• Complete a project focused on a tangible challenge within your business
• A strong network of other successful senior leaders, facilitators and business experts
• A unique learning environment which combines practical learning, academic expertise and real world experience
