The Leadership Development Programme is the only programme in New Zealand developed specifically for senior leaders in mid-sized, Kiwi owner-managed businesses who report directly to an owner or director, or want to expand their general business, leadership and people management skills.
The programme focuses on the application of practical knowledge from industry experts to your specific role and business situation. The programme consists of 2 three-day residential programmes conducted over a two-month period, with a final one-day session four to six weeks later.
Case studies, real-world examples, business tools and frameworks are used to help participants apply their learning to their business situation.
The session format includes small and large group work, one-on-one discussions, a business simulation and guest speakers, while working around themes; self awareness, personal effectiveness, leadership & business understanding.
