The programme consists of 2 three-day residential programmes conducted over a two-month period, with a final one-day session four to six weeks later.

The session format includes small and large group work, one-on-one discussions, a business simulation and guest speakers, while working round themes; self awareness, personal effectiveness, leadership and business understanding.
