Building Sales Structure & Skills is a two-day workshop for business owners, senior leaders and sales professionals, who know that developing great sales skills is crucial to the growth and future success of their business, and want to understand more.

Derek-mobile

Derek is an innovative business leader and coach with more than 15 years’ experience in senior roles at GM and CEO level. He has vast experience in developing and implementing strategic plans; building high performing cultures; developing sales and leadership teams. He has also led large-scale business and change leadership projects.

He is passionate about customer experience and working with SME business owners to develop a laser focus on their goals and identifying the key enablers to achieve these goals. He’s learnt from experience that the real magic is in the ability to articulate the vision and getting the team actively involved in developing and implementing the plan.

While Derek loves coaching and mentoring, he’s also passionate about helping develop and implement robust governance and decision-making frameworks to support the growth of more established businesses.
