Building Sales Structure & Skills is a two-day workshop for business owners, senior leaders and sales professionals, who know that developing great sales skills is crucial to the growth and future success of their business, and want to understand more.

Jamie is the Program Director for the Business Owners Programme and also the leader of the Icehouse in the Bay of Plenty region and works with a number of Icehouse SME customers, helping them to improve their business performance. He is an experienced senior executive, who has led some of New Zealand’s largest sales and marketing teams. He has owned several small businesses and been involved with successful start-ups locally and offshore.

Jamie’s clients value his practical experience gained hands on across a number of industries and companies. He also has experience in developing strategy; business and operational models; organizational design, business transformation, succession and purchase and sale of businesses. Jamie has also worked with businesses to develop multi-channel sales; leverage disruptive technologies; develop recruitment strategies; and improve team performance and engagement.
